Business tenders in public places

We have a number of public spaces suitable to operate food, activity and other business types. Our most popular spaces are the Coastal Walkway and the Huatoki Plaza.

The Coastal Walkway has six business zones from Belt Road to north of Te Rewa Rewa Bridge. Each zone has a maximum number of operators within them (between two and six operators, depending on the zone). Huatoki Plaza will have up to two business outlets operating from it. 

General application for other public places

You need to complete the application form and read the application process documents before submitting your application.

Applications remain open until the spaces run out. You may need to complete other forms such as health registration, resource consent, etc depending on your business. Contact us for more information.
